Are the tickets provided by Prosport Travel official?

Yes, all tickets offered by Prosport Travel are 100% official. We partner directly with authorised event organisers, venues, and approved ticket agencies to ensure that every ticket is legitimate and provides seamless access to the event.

When will I receive my tickets?

Our tickets are virtual and will be sent to you as soon as possible, latest 1-3 days prior to the event. Keep an eye out for an email from [email protected] where you’ll receive an email with all necessary access information, so you can enjoy a seamless experience on event day!

What’s the cancellation/refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you confirm your booking details before completing your transaction.

What is the procedure for event cancellations?

The Event Guarantee by Prosport Travel ensures that if an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date, and any booked accommodations (through Prosport Travel) can be adjusted. For cancelled events or events held without spectators, we offer a full credit voucher to use on future bookings.
